Overall OK but SLOW & LIMITED

The Bitrix24 cloud version with this app is great in the sense that it combines a number of disparate apps into one platform. However it is quite slow (both the website and messaging lag on the app), and lots of limitations compared to the self-hosted version (which is not that economical for large teams)
I hope Bitrix team keeps adding more functionality to the cloud version and make it faster
