Lots of features that works good. The desktop version does more than the iPhone app. Because it has so much content, it is not very intuitive and will take time getting use to.
I just love it! My team and I use the free version and it is so robust. We love the ability to track and provide status reports on tasks. The integration of CRM tracking is just an added benefit. However with all free versions there are some struggles. Would love better ways to manage files and documents. Retrieval is time consuming. Also using the project management and workflow section are clumsy. But hey, if it were perfect who would buy it. For small 1-5 teams its great.
it has everything my star up needed. It has a lot of features and I learn more every day. Still enjoying the free version.
We recently stumbled across Bitrix24, and so far it has been a great application on our desktop computers. The iPhone app is usable, but seems to contain enough bugs that it is cumbersome to use. My biggest complaint is that the app does not seem to update properly. We use it mainly for task management with a small team of technicians. When someone adds or updates a ticket, the mobile app shows the little indicator number to highlight changes in different ticket views, but when I go into the selection to view the tickets, the updates do not show up until I completely close the app, and then re-open it. Seems like it should update on the fly, and show me new data. Also phone numbers typed inside of tasks are not recognized on the iPhone as phone numbers. So I cant simply click on it to dial like Im able to do with other task managers. This is a very needed feature. Fix these bugs and I will give it a 5 star rating.
Have over 50 employees and on the first day its helping already. One thing: it does take up a lot of space in the browser window, but it is very clear too... We are using the 30day trial to see if we need to spend the $200/month. Overall though, impressed
My small remote team uses the free version of Bitrix24. Its just enough to keep track of our projects, manage our client information, great forms and timelines and provide us with a platform to communicate through chats. A more user friendly interface would be ideal but for a free app.this is pretty great!
Pretty good, but limited in functionality, compared on web based version
I cannot download this app despite having tried several times last night and tonight. I have more than enough storage.
Its amazing and very happy to be able to use it to work effectively.
Ive tired a lot of these programs, and I settled on Bitrix24. The app interface takes up too much space.. Too much scrolling.. But overall, its very comprehensive

Drag and drop in tasks and into different projects is extremely important. Editing in and out of each tasks is a waste of time and resources

Before Bitrix24 I spent so much time on the phones helping my employees with their problems. Now the Bitrix24 app has given me more time to focus on my business. I absolutely love this app and my employees do too!
