The cloud main application is very very good, but the app lacks some of the functionalities and deserves an update.

The app can be improved but overall is great

... Not all important features from web version available like "approve is needed to finish/close task" when i create a task at the app. So extend it and next time i add 100% 5 stars Work reports & working time missing and many other features!!!

First impression.... A cool portal with a lot of potential. PC based web version was good. Apple iPad browser has issues. iPad app did not connect to the site...... Not stoked. How can I get the app to connect?

The app works well and syncs nicely with the webportal. It enhances productivity in all aspects of an organization. It would be nice to have the same functionality in the App than in the website.

This app is crashing everytimes at signup. Not working.

Its awesome especially how I now have consolidated my team collaborative and CRM and marketing under one roof and still maintain my mobility with the apps. small improvement, please provide video and audio chat for the full group of four on the apps. Thanks and have a great day!!

The mobile platform could use a little more functionality. Great value.

Practically all the functionality of the website is available through the app, activities, tasks, drive, CRM, chat, etc. Only complaint is that I some chat notifications are missed.

The Bitrix24 cloud version with this app is great in the sense that it combines a number of disparate apps into one platform. However it is quite slow (both the website and messaging lag on the app), and lots of limitations compared to the self-hosted version (which is not that economical for large teams) I hope Bitrix team keeps adding more functionality to the cloud version and make it faster

This service is amazing the web application is very well-developed very interesting for anybody that want to optimize their productivity on the personal plan or super professional plan. If you could add time tracking for the iOS device that would be very much appreciated and well used. Thank you for your work you guys are genius please keep coding you rock.

Great app. Love bitrix24. Web app is wonderful mobile app is lacking a bit but still good. Big downside is that the mobile app doesnt ring like the web app does when receiving calls.

Highly recommend it considering its free for up to 12 users. Very happy so far!
